This is backed by the presence in the Firm of a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a certificated negotiator of Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution Pepperdine University, California; this is regarded as the Best University in Dispute Resolution in America. The practice covers Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration in the following subject matters among others.

Solicitor to the Company in the Rights issue/ Public subscription of the N8,000,000,000.00 (Eight Billion Naira) offer of Eterna Plc. 2009)

Private Placement preparatory to Initial Public offering of Regent Group. Solicitor to the Company/to the Issue. ( 2006);

Solicitor to Cooperative Bank in the process leading to and including the Merger & Acquisition between Cooperative Bank Plc. and Skye Bank Plc. (2006);

Solicitor to the issue in Private Placement of Eterna Oil Plc.. for 250 Million Shares (2005)

Public Offering & Rights issue for Dunlop Plc. for 1.2 Billion shares valued at about 5.5 Billion Naira. We acted as the sole Solicitor to the Issue (2006).

Solicitor to the issue in the Co-operative Bank Plc. Public offering of 4 billion shares (2005)

Solicitor to the issue in the then Proposed Public offering by the IMB Plc. for N25 billion, the process was terminated after the Solicitors had finished their work because the Bank could not meet the timeline of CBN to raise funds. (2005);

The Firm Served as Solicitor to the issue in the Public Subscription / Rights Issue of Trans International Bank Plc. whereby about One Billion Naira was raised from the Capital Markets.(2002)

The firm served as Solicitor to the issue to Co-operative Bank Plc. in respect of its rights issue in (2002). The Bank raised =N= 900,000,000.00 ( Nine Hundred Million Naira) (2002)

The Firm is also part of a consortium of experts who presented ‘expression of interests’ to the BPE on the then proposed privatization of New Nigeria Newspaper Plc. The Lead financial Advisor was Profound Securities Ltd.

The Firm Served as Solicitor to the issue for a manufacturing Company: Nigeria Wire & Cable PLC. when they raised about = N = 450,000,000.00 (Four Hundred and Fifty Million Naira) from the existing Shareholders and the Public (2001)

The Firm working in alliance with other firms is currently one of the short listed consultants on the list of Bureau of Public Enterprises to engage in privatization matters.

Oluwanuga was an Honorable Member Investments and Securities Tribunal (2002-2008), a tribunal established pursuant to the ISA ’99, to decide on dispute emanating from the Capital Markets.  He was at this period the Editor-in-Chief of the Investments & Securities Tribunal Law Reports. SOLA OLUWANUGA is an Arbitrator, Mediator and a Negotiator of Commercial disputes etc. He has assisted in resolving various Boardroom conflicts.   He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London); Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, a member of Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators. He is also a Certified Negotiator having acquired the certificate from the Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law, California, U.S.A. He has been a Speaker, facilitator and panelist in several National and International Conferences.
